Verified employer Employer verification is the first thing we should do if we are interested in his job ad. In the case of the Polish employment agency, all the necessary information can be found in the National Register of Employment Agencies (KRAZ) . It is available on-line at www.kraz.praca.gov.pl On this page, by entering the name or address, we have the opportunity to check whether the company is entered in the register - if not, we advise against using its services . If, on the other hand, our employer is to be an ordinary Polish company posting employees to work abroad, we recommend using a search engine to find NIP number of the company and check if it exists and what is its status in KRS (e.g. whether it is bankrupt). In the case of companies from other countries, we do not have such an easy possibility of verification. Other European countries do not always keep open company records. It is worth simply entering the company name in the browser, finding the employer's website and finding the seat using Google maps - see what it looks like. When looking for a job abroad, the opinions of other people are also invaluable. However, they should be treated with a certain distance - it is possible that a job that was uninteresting for someone will be suitable for you.
