Job description
A company specializing in the cultivation of cherry tomatoes in greenhouses is looking for workers for plant care and harvesting in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Plant care;
- Harvesting cherry tomatoes according to guidelines;
- Placing harvested vegetables in crates;
- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.
Requirements:
- Willingness to perform physical work and work in a greenhouse;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Category B driving license;
- Ability to perform manual tasks.
Salary:
Hourly rate of €17.55 gross (base rate of €14.71 + supplement of €2.84). Monthly salary between €2660 – €3150 gross.
Overtime bonus of 135%
Paid in one transfer.
Referral bonus for recommending an employee – €200*
Schedule:
Work from Monday to Friday, 38 hours/week.
Start dates: March 16 and March 23
Accommodation and transport:
Accommodation is provided in a furnished apartment. Cost is €530 per month.
