Sandblaster or Powder Coater – Surface Treatment – Netherlands Salary: To be negotiated Position We are looking for an experienced sandblaster and powder coater to join a leading company specializing in surface treatment, focusing on steel constructions, containers, offshore projects, and machine parts. Responsibilities - Sandblasting and preparing surfaces of steel constructions, containers, offshore elements, and machine parts - Powder coating products – from small parts to large and heavy objects - Processing decorative fences, car parts, and engines - Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process - Close collaboration within the team Requirements - Experience as a sandblaster (required) - Experience as a powder coater (preferred, not required) - Attention to quality and efficient processing - Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a proactive attitude - Availability for 40 hours per week We offer - Long-term, full-time position - Competitive salary - A cohesive team and informal work atmosphere - A healthy and growing organization - Diverse work on industrial and specialized projects
