Construction Team B2B or Renovation Workers

We are looking for a construction team (2-3 people), subcontractors (B2B), or individual construction workers (all-rounders) for long-term cooperation on complete renovation projects of apartments and houses in the Flanders region, Belgium. We accept both models of cooperation: 1. B2B Subcontractors: Companies/entrepreneurs who come with their own van and tools. 2. Individual Workers / Through an Agency: We provide a work van and all necessary professional tools on the construction site. Job Description: • Complete drywall system: construction of plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings (with and without insulation). • Interior plastering and smoothing (pleisterwerk). • Tile installation: wall and floor tiles (all formats). • Basic knowledge of installations: rough and fine installation of water, electricity, and heating. • Complete bathroom renovations (from demolition and waterproofing to installation of sanitary ware). • Installation of interior and exterior doors and windows. * Note: Experience in demolishing load-bearing walls (installation of HEA/HEB beams) and basic masonry work is a significant plus. Requirements: • Experience in complete adaptations and renovations of apartments. • Valid A1 certificate and active Limosa registration (mandatory before starting work). • At least one person in the team must speak basic English for coordination.
