Unskilled Worker/Road Worker - Belgium

Main Responsibilities You will work in a small team alongside a crane operator and another colleague. Your responsibilities will include: Installing residential connections Setting up curbs and laying pavement or tiles Assisting the crane operator with site work General physical labor on the construction site and ground preparation Requirements Driver's License: Category B (mandatory) Foreign Languages: Conversational English Physical Condition: Fit for heavy physical work and adaptable to outdoor work (regardless of weather) Attitude: Seriousness, motivation, and a desire to work long-term in Belgium Experience: Previous experience in construction or earthworks is an advantage but not mandatory Salary and Benefits Hourly Wage: €18.59 gross/hour Meal Vouchers: €3.09 for each day worked Bonuses: Net mobility allowance (tax-free) Stability: Possibility of obtaining a permanent contract after the interim period
