Scaffolders (m/f/d) urgently wanted We are urgently recruiting for our client, a medium-sized construction company in a small town in the Neustadt an der Aisch–Bad Windsheim area of Bavaria: - Scaffolders with a Class C+E driving licence (Code 95 not required) - Scaffolders with a Class B driving licence Scaffolders erect scaffolding at warehouses, high-rise buildings, churches and festival stages—in short, wherever work needs to be carried out at height in otherwise inaccessible places. This may include installing façades, plastering walls, fitting steel supports, laying electrical cables and installing lighting. Your responsibilities: - Preparing the ground where scaffolding will be erected - Erecting, dismantling and modifying scaffolding - Fitting tarpaulins or nets to protect, for example, pedestrians from falling building materials - Dismantling scaffolding correctly and inspecting and maintaining its components - Anchoring scaffolding - Loading and unloading, transporting and storing scaffolding components - Working with other trades and specialist departments - Following health and safety regulations, identifying hazards and taking steps to prevent them What you bring: - Completed vocational training as a scaffolder or in a comparable trade, or relevant scaffolding experience - Good physical fitness and stamina - Confidence working at heights, a team-oriented approach, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility - Good spatial awareness and an interest in physics - Class B driving licence (Class C+E is highly desirable) - German language skills at A2 level or above under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages What our client offers: Pay: - Scaffolder with a Class C+E driving licence: €19.00 gross per hour - Scaffolder with a Class B driving licence: €17.00 gross per hour Monthly pay, excluding overtime: - Class C+E driving licence: €3,400 gross - Class B driving licence: €3,060 gross - 30 days of annual leave (based on a five-day week, equivalent to six weeks) plus a 30% holiday bonus - A young, dynamic team - A modern fleet of vehicles - Additional benefits, including a meal allowance and tax-free benefits in kind (Spendit Card) - Option to lease an e-bike for private use after the probationary period - Costs covered for a forklift licence and a Class C and E truck driving licence - Work clothing provided - Return home every day from local job sites - Overtime available and welcome Additional information: If you wish, Hüser European Recruiting UG can help you find accommodation, attend appointments with the authorities, open a German bank account, register with a health insurance provider and more.
