(M/F) Production and Warehouse Worker

Work location: Gorinchem Deli Home is an international and rapidly growing company that creates smart and sustainable solutions for living and construction. Our product range includes stairs, doors, storage solutions, and decorative items for the home. These products can be found in renowned tool stores and specialty shops both domestically and abroad. What will you be doing? - Sorting and placing produced items in the shipping preparation area, - The worker is responsible for safely transferring items from the production line to the packing station to ensure they are not damaged. What do you need to meet? - Communicative knowledge of English at B1 level, - Willingness to work physically in a rotating shift system. - Preferred: Category B driving license, logistics/warehouse experience. What can you expect from us? - Rate: €16.70 gross/hour (base rate €15.42/hour gross + holiday allowance 8.33%) - Constant access to planning, payslips, and other documents through the online employee portal, - Assistance in organizing your trip to the Netherlands, - Coordinator support in the Netherlands, - Holland Zorg insurance, - Weekly payments – transfers to your specified account, - Free transportation to work (from our accommodation) using company cars, - Reimbursement of travel costs for those with their own accommodation. - Additional €3 daily allowance for drivers.
