Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor (m/f/d) to work in a logistics warehouse in Germany. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the team's work and overseeing the proper execution of warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
- Directing and instructing employees regarding their tasks
- Supervising the proper execution of warehouse orders
- Monitoring and optimizing logistics processes within the facility
- Preparing reports and controlling indicators (KPI)
- Collaborating on the implementation of quality standards
- Supporting in planning the team's work
- Conducting training for employees
Requirements:
- Vocational education in the field of warehouse logistics or experience in warehouse work
- Experience in the logistics industry
- Experience in a leadership/supervisory position is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Good organizational skills and stress resistance
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
