Production Worker – Van Lieshout (Helmond) Company Description Van Geloven is a snack factory and part of the McCain Group. The company produces various snacks for supermarkets and restaurants, including croquettes and spring rolls. Job Responsibilities • Operating production machines • Supporting the production line • Assisting on the crate washing line • Packaging products and transferring them to rolling containers • Weighing incoming frozen meat and stacking products • Feeding meat into machines • Checking product quality • Physically demanding work, including lifting products up to 20 kg Working Schedule Production operates from Monday to Sunday. 3-shift system: • 06:00 – 14:00 • 14:00 – 22:00 • 22:00 – 06:00 (when production demand is higher) Salary • Basic salary: €15.35 per hour • 33% shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00 • Salary increases after 4 months, 6 months, and 1 year based on company evaluation Accommodation & Insurance • Accommodation: €112.48 – €147.00 gross per week (2 people per room) • Health insurance: €38.02 per week
