Technical Production Operator | Netherlands

A Cleanroom is a specially controlled production environment where a very low amount of dust and contaminants is maintained. Processes are strictly controlled to ensure high product quality. What will you do? Execute production orders based on checklists and work instructions Clean, prepare, and secure high-quality components Control the quality of the work performed and respond to irregularities Pack and prepare products for shipment according to standards Use technical tools and cleaning devices such as: industrial vacuum cleaners nitrogen guns cleaning chemicals Support the production process by accurately entering data into the system Who are we looking for? We are looking for individuals with technical experience who: Have worked in production, assembly, mechanics, maintenance, CNC, electronics, or similar fields Have experience working with technical documentation Are precise, responsible, and can work according to quality standards Thrive in teamwork Speak English at a minimum B1 level What do we offer? A salary of €15.54 gross/hour during a 2-week training period (one shift) After training: €18.34 gross/hour (€15.54 + 18% shift allowance) After training, work in a 2-shift system Stable employment and the possibility of long-term cooperation A modern, clean, and safe working environment Immediate start of work
