CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Scope of responsibilities • Operation of CNC lathes and milling machines in serial and single-piece production • Setting up CNC machines, selecting tools and machining parameters • Machining parts according to technical documentation • Independent making of program corrections • Quality control of manufactured parts using measuring tools • Performing in-process and final measurements • Tool replacement and supervision of the correct production process • Work on FANUC or Siemens Sinumerik controls • Performing basic maintenance work and keeping machines in proper technical condition Requirements • Basic knowledge of the German language • Experience in operating CNC lathes and/or milling machines • Knowledge of FANUC or Sinumerik controls • Ability to read technical drawings • CNC programming skills are an advantage • Driving licence category B and own car We offer • Stable employment based on a German permanent employment contract • Salary from €23.50 gross/hour • Timely salary payments • Possibility of weekly advances • Attractive bonuses and allowances • Up to 30 days of paid annual leave plus holiday and Christmas bonuses • Organization of accommodation in a single room near the workplace • Support from coordinators speaking Polish, German, English, Russian, Bulgarian, and Italian throughout the entire employment period • Free work clothing and high-quality personal protective equipment
