For our client, a medium-sized, successful, and very family-run company in the Nuremberg/Bavaria area, we are looking for several CNC Turners and CNC Milling Machine Operators m/f/d. Our client operates in future industries such as aerospace, semiconductor industry, medical technology, wind power, power plant construction, and 3D printing. Your responsibilities as a CNC Turner: - Setup and operation of carousel and turret lathes - Manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to drawings - Independent inspection and documentation of the manufactured workpieces - Performing machine maintenance Your profile as a CNC Turner: - Completed vocational training in the metal sector - Professional experience in operating and programming CNC-controlled lathes - Knowledge of common control software Siemens 840D is desirable - German language skills from B1 according to the European Reference Framework - Team-oriented, independent, and committed work ethic - Cross-departmental thinking and action - Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation possible at any time depending on order situation) - Manual dexterity and technical understanding Your responsibilities as a CNC Milling Machine Operator: - Setup and operation of state-of-the-art 3-axis and 5-axis milling centers - Independently creating programs at the machine and at the programming station - Manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to drawings - Performing machine maintenance Your profile as a CNC Milling Machine Operator: - Completed vocational training in the metal sector - Professional experience in operating and programming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines - Knowledge of common control software Heidenhain iTNC 530/640 is desirable - German language skills from B1 according to the European Reference Framework - Team-oriented, independent, and committed work ethic - Cross-departmental thinking and action - Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation possible at any time depending on order situation) - Manual dexterity and technical understanding My client offers: - Hourly wage = €23.50 gross - Monthly salary without overtime and bonuses = €4,350 gross - Average net salary/month between €3,200 - €3,500 (including vacation and Christmas bonuses and allowances) - Responsible tasks - Performance-based compensation - Professional training programs - Company pension scheme - Free coffee bar and beverages - Modern break rooms with kitchenettes If you wish, Hüser European Recruiting UG will assist you with all necessary official procedures and registrations here in Germany during the initial phase.
