CNC Operator – Turning & Milling

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join in Venlo. You will operate CNC turning and milling machines, monitor production and check the quality of manufactured components. What we offer €3,000–€3,750 gross per month, depending on experience. 20% shift allowance on top of your base salary, bringing the total to €3,600–€4,500 gross per month. 8.33% holiday allowance. A two-shift schedule: 06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00. Your responsibilities Operate CNC turning and milling machines according to work instructions. Load and unload products and monitor the machining process. Perform dimensional and visual quality checks. Use measuring tools to ensure products meet the required specifications. Read technical drawings and follow production instructions. Maintain a clean workplace and follow safety procedures. Your profile Practical technical knowledge gained through education or relevant work experience. Experience in CNC machining, machine operation or a comparable manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of measuring techniques and product inspection. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. An accurate approach to work and attention to quality. english language skills are required. Willingness to work in a two-shift system. Interested?
