Your responsibilities:
- Initiating contact with potential customers who have expressed interest in our product.
- Selling financial services, including financial education training.
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns.
- Nurturing and strengthening customer relationships over the phone.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish – native language
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in sales or customer service - required.
- Conversational language skills
