Technician/Senior HVAC Service Technician –Finland

For our client – a stable and global organization operating in the HVAC industry (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) – we are looking for Candidates for the position of Technician/Senior Technician HVAC Service. If you are interested in refrigeration and want to work with advanced systems – this offer is for you! 🔧 Responsibilities -Service, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC equipment – mainly chillers and precision systems (Data Center) -Handling HVAC installations for critical infrastructure -Conducting inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client sites -Commissioning new installations and equipment -Modernization and retrofitting of HVAC systems -Working according to technical documentation Additionally (for more experienced Candidates): -Coordinating work with clients and the project team -Planning service work and organizing on-site activities -Training and supporting less experienced technicians -Responsibility for assigned projects and equipment ✅ Requirements -Technical education (refrigeration, air conditioning, energy or related fields) -Experience in HVAC/refrigeration service: -min. 3 years (Technician) -min. 5 years (Senior Technician) -F-Gas certification (mandatory) -Proficiency in English (minimum communicative/good) -Ability to read technical documentation -Driving license category B and readiness for mobile work Preferred: -Experience in Data Center environments -Knowledge of Finnish (mandatory for senior technician) -Familiarity with IT tools/automation/controllers 🎯 We offer -Stable, permanent employment in Finland (employment contract) (no rotation) -Attractive salary + paid overtime -Ability to adjust the position level to experience -Real career development and advancement path -Technical training and work with modern technologies -Comprehensive benefits package -Essential work tools, including a company car We look forward to receiving your CV in English.
