Sushi Chef, Norway - EU Citizens

Join our Sabi Sushi team in Norway as a skilled Sushi Chef. We are actively recruiting sushi chefs to support our continued expansion across Norway. If you are ambitious, consistent, and serious about your craft, this is an opportunity to join one of Scandinavia’s leading high quality sushi concept. Current & upcoming needs: - Trondheim: start by end of April and additional hires by end of May. - Bergen (new department): opening after summer. - Bodø: openings after summer. In addition, we are continuously expanding, and new positions are expected to open in the near future across multiple cities. For candidates who join early, there are strong opportunities for internal growth, including leadership roles as new departments are developed. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sushi preparation - Must hold European citizenship (required to work in Norway without visa) What We Offer: - Competitive monthly salary: 35,000 – 45,000 NOK, depending on experience + tips. - Structured workload: 165 hours/month - 5 weeks vacation per year - 2 days off per week - A professional and stable working environment with clear standards About Sabi Sushi: Sabi Sushi is one of the largest and most respected sushi chains in Scandinavia, with 40+ locations across Norway and 2 Michelin stars in our Sabi Omakase concepts.
