Position & Responsibilities
As a Independent Chef (Zelfstandig Werkend Kok I), you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen operations and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients independently (mise-en-place)
- Applying fundamental cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding menu composition, menu updates, and working methods
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Providing technical guidance and supervising kitchen assistants

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Independent, responsible, and stress-resistant
- A team player with an eye for quality and hygiene
