For our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent Working Chef I who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for the profession.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you will be responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients independently (mise en place)
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding menu composition, menu adjustments, and working methods
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Providing technical guidance and support to kitchen assistants and kitchen staff
- Monitoring quality, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP guidelines

- MBO Level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- A team player with an eye for quality
- Able to work accurately and remain stress-resistant

- Salary between €2,650 and €3,250 gross per month based on full-time employment
