Due to the continued growth of the business, they are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Independent Working Chef I to strengthen the kitchen team.
Function & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards, and working methods
Taking responsibility for stock management and ordering
Technically supervising and guiding kitchen assistants

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
