They are currently looking for an Independent Working Cook I to join their kitchen team. ## Function & Responsibilities As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes. Your tasks include: * Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place) * Applying basic cooking techniques * Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu items, and working methods * Taking responsibility for stock management and ordering supplies * Professionally guiding and supervising kitchen assistants. ## What do you bring as an Independent Working Cook I at Noya Rotterdam * MBO level 3 working and thinking level * Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques * Independent, responsible, and stress-resistant * Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene. ## What do we offer at Noya Rotterdam * Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills) * Pension scheme in accordance with the Dutch hospitality collective labor agreement * Travel allowance & employee discounts! * Meals during working hours * Development opportunities: room to further develop your cooking and possible management skills Interested?
