Asian Palace in Waddinxveen is a Chinese-Indonesian restaurant located on Oranjelaan. The restaurant is known for traditional Oriental dishes, including Chinese, Cantonese, Sichuan and Indonesian specialties, as well as takeaway and catering options. To strengthen the kitchen team, Asian Palace is looking for an Independent Cook I.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your duties include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Thinking along and providing input on the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards and working methods
Taking responsibility for inventory management and orders
Professionally supervising and guiding assistant kitchen staff.

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month, depending on skills and background
