Job Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Providing input on the composition and adjustment of menus, menu items and working methods
Taking responsibility for inventory management and ordering
Providing technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants
What do you bring as an Independent Working Cook I?
MBO level 3 working and thinking level
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Independent, responsible and stress-resistant
Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on skills and abilities)
