Bus Drivers in Public Transport

For our client, a modern, family-oriented bus company based in 85368 Moosburg, we are looking for several bus drivers with German language skills (minimum A2 according to the European Reference Framework). The Role: - Transporting passengers in public transport - Driving services in city, line, school, and company transport in our bus operations in Moosburg/Freising/Munich - Willingness to transport passengers in shift work - Adherence to all traffic regulations Conditions (hourly wage plus bonuses): Gross hourly wage: 1st year: 17.54 Euro/hour 2nd + 3rd year: 18.67 Euro/hour From 4th year: 19.10 Euro/hour Bonuses (net): - Overtime >172 hours: 20% of hourly wage - Night work (10 PM - 5 AM): 25% of hourly wage - Sunday work: 50% of hourly wage - Holiday work: 100% of hourly wage 180-200 hours monthly, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday… in rare cases, work on weekends may be required. 25 days of vacation annually. Each year of service, 1 additional day up to a maximum of 30 days. Accommodation: In a shared apartment, private bedroom and shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with other drivers. Monthly earnings: 1st year: 3,150 - 3,500 € gross fixed for 180 - 200 working hours per month plus bonuses. Bonuses (net) from the 2nd year: 3,360 - 3,730 € gross plus bonuses (net).
