Concrete elements production and logistics

INTRODUCTION: ProperJob Uitzendbureau is looking for an experienced forklift driver for a job at a client producing concrete elements (for luxurious gardens, ponds, parking garages, public parks, etc.). The concrete elements have to be inspected for cracks and flaws, broken ones are taken out of the production process. Once all elements are checked they are placed on top of eachother for storage and/or transportation. All heavy lifting and moving of elements is done by machines (overhead cranes or forklifts), so it's not really a very heavy job. Really nice company and conditions. The job is located in the South of the Netherlands, region Oosterhout (NB). You will be working in a nice company with a good atmosphere. START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE MORE INFO ABOUT THE JOB AND CONDITIONS: The job is a fulltime job for 38 hours minimum guaranteed each week up to a max. of 48 hours per week (on some occasions, regularly around 42 hours). Overtime can be awarded by the client, we can't make any promises on that... The gross hourly wage for this job is EUR 16,50. This hourly rate will rise in accordance with the number of experience years. Work starts Monday - Friday at 6:45 in the morning, to avoid traffic on the road and to also finish at a nice time. There may be work in various shifts at some point (at extra percentage of course) but at the start it will most likely be a regular daytime job (to check out the skills of the new candidate). WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? MUST HAVE: > Forklift driving experience and preferably also a valid certificate > Good knowledge of English, German or Dutch to communicate and receive instructions > Good work-motivation > Flexibility (no 5 days, 38-hours max per week mentality) WOULD BE PREFERRED: + VCA Certificate Of course you will be able to go home now and then for your holidays (Easter, Christmas, New-Year and occasionally a week off). ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS: We have a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs (ab)use. We are very strict on this, because we do not like to lose our clients because of misbehaving workers. That’s why we explicitly warn our new employees on this subject. In some cases we provide transportation to work (a company car) and insurance does not cover damage due to alcohol or drugs related accidents. We’re sorry to tell you about this matter in such a way, but we hope this will not be a problem to you. ARRANGEMENTS & PAYMENT: Having your own house is not a problem for this job, but in case you do not have that, ProperJob can arrange a bed for you at one of our excellent quality houses. The rent for a bed will be E 98,00 per week, including washing machine, dishwasher, 49” 4K ultra-HD television, high-speed internet connection, Worldwide IPTV, furniture and everything you need to have a nice stay in the Netherlands. We can apply the ET-regulation for compensation of double rent costs (this will give you higher net payment).
