Production Workers, Forklift Drivers & Maintenance Technicians – Kempenaars Recycling B.V. Kempenaars Recycling B.V. specializes in the sorting and processing of recyclable materials and operates a modern 43,000 m² recycling facility in Roosendaal. Job Responsibilities Production Worker / Recycling Line Operator • Work on recycling and sorting lines • Separate and process recyclable materials • Support daily production operations • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace • Work in a team-oriented production environment Forklift Driver • Operate forklift trucks safely within the facility • Move recyclable materials and products around the site • Support loading and unloading activities • Assist production teams when required • Ensure smooth logistics operations Maintenance Technician • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sorting and baling machines • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults • Replace bearings, rollers and worn conveyor components • Carry out maintenance and basic repairs on forklifts • Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime • Keep machinery in optimal condition throughout the facility Requirements • Communicative English language skills • Polish or Romanian language also accepted • Experience in production, logistics, recycling or maintenance is an advantage • Motivation and willingness to work • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required • Own accommodation and transport preferred but not mandatory Salary Production Worker / Recycling Line Operator: €14.71 gross per hour Forklift Driver: €14.71 gross per hour Maintenance Technician: €16.00 – €21.00 gross per hour (depending on experience) Shift Allowances • 06:00 – 00:00 → 100% • 00:00 – 06:00 → 110% • Overtime → 130% • Saturday → 130% • Sunday → 115% Working Hours • 32–40 hours per week • Overtime available • Weekend work possible Accommodation & Benefits • Accommodation available if needed • Cost: €112 – €147 per week • Dutch health insurance: €38.02 per week • Company transport available • Stable long-term employment • Modern working environment • Friendly family-business atmosphere • International team • Opportunity to work for a growing recycling company focused on sustainability Why Kempenaars? • Nearly 80 years of company history • More than 60 employees • Modern 43,000 m² business park • Third-generation family business • Sustainable and environmentally focused industry • Stable employment and growth opportunities Apply now and join a company that helps build a cleaner and more sustainable future.
