JOB TITLE: Logistics & Operations Roles – EURORIJN XL (Multiple Positions) We are hiring for multiple positions within a modern and fast-growing logistics and automation environment at EURORIJN XL in Moerdijk. Depending on experience and profile, candidates may be placed in one of the following roles: Robot Operator, Forklift & Reach Truck Operator, or Foreman (Inbound/Outbound). All roles are part of a dynamic warehouse and logistics operation where automation, teamwork, and efficiency are key. LOCATIONS Moerdijk (and surrounding logistics sites, where applicable) AVAILABLE POSITIONS Robot Operator You are responsible for monitoring and supporting automated robotic unloading systems. You ensure smooth operations, intervene in case of technical issues, and help maintain continuous workflow. Key responsibilities: - Monitor robot-controlled unloading processes - Act as first point of contact for operational and technical issues - Troubleshoot minor technical malfunctions - Ensure safety, quality, and process continuity - Report deviations and performance issues to management - Suggest and support process improvements Forklift & Reach Truck Operator You handle goods movement and warehouse operations using forklift and reach truck equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Key responsibilities: - Picking orders and preparing pallets for shipment - Checking items, codes, and packing slips - Reporting inventory differences and damages - Operating forklift and reach truck safely - Supporting warehouse process improvements Foreman (Inbound / Outbound) You lead and support warehouse teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination between teams and supervisors. Key responsibilities: - Leading, guiding, and motivating warehouse employees - Coordinating daily inbound or outbound operations - Monitoring planning, safety, and quality standards - Supervising forklift drivers and warehouse staff - Preparing shift reports and reporting to supervisors - Identifying and resolving operational issues - Ensuring a clean and organised working environment PROFILE (ALL POSITIONS) - Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or technical environments is an advantage - Technical affinity (especially for Robot Operator role) - Forklift and reach truck certificate (for forklift role) - Strong communication skills in English (Polish or Romanian also accepted in some roles) - Ability to work in a 2-shift system and overtime when required - Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure - Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude OFFER - Competitive salary depending on role: - Robot Operator: from €2,626 gross per month - Forklift Operator: €15.15 gross per hour - Foreman: from €2,800 gross per month - 35% shift allowance for hours between 18:00 – 06:00 - Full-time position (32–40 hours per week) with overtime possibilities (weekends) - Accommodation available (max. €147 per week, if needed) - Dutch health insurance arrangement available (€38.02 per week) - Transport support or arranged transport provided - Fresh fruit at work and additional employee benefits - Opportunity to work with modern automation and robotics systems - Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing logistics company - Stable and professional working environment
