TIG / Orbital Welder

Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands Salary: €17.00–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on experience Shift allowance: 16% Working hours: Full-time, 2-shift system About the position For a modern high-tech production company in Nijmegen, we are looking for an experienced TIG / Orbital Welder. You will work mainly with thin-walled stainless-steel pipes and components used in high-quality gas and piping systems. Precision, cleanliness and consistent welding quality are essential in this role. Your responsibilities Performing TIG and/or orbital welding Welding thin-walled stainless-steel pipes and components Assembling and fabricating technical piping systems Preparing pipes, components and materials before welding Setting up and operating orbital welding equipment Working according to technical drawings and specifications Inspecting completed welds for quality and accuracy Checking the dimensions and quality of finished components Following strict welding, safety and quality procedures Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised What we are looking for Professional experience with TIG and/or orbital welding Experience welding stainless steel Experience with piping systems or technical fabrication is strongly preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings Knowledge of welding procedures and quality standards Accurate and quality-focused working style Ability to work independently English or Dutch at a minimum B1 level Willingness to work in a 2-shift system Availability for full-time employment What we offer A base salary of €17.00–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience An additional 16% shift allowance An hourly rate of approximately €19.72–€24.36 including the shift allowance Full-time employment A professional and modern high-tech production environment The opportunity to work with specialised welding processes Development opportunities and prospects for long-term employment Interested?
