Base salary: €3,000–€3,700 gross per month, depending on experience Shift allowance: 16% Salary including shift allowance: €3,480–€4,292 gross per month Holiday allowance: 8.33% Employment type: Full-time, 2-shift system Working hours: 06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00 About the position For Lamers in Wijchen, a modern manufacturing company in the high-tech sector, we are looking for experienced welders with skills in orbital welding and TIG welding of stainless steel. You will weld stainless steel components according to technical drawings. Precision, accuracy and consistently high weld quality are essential in this role. Your responsibilities Perform orbital welding of stainless steel components. TIG weld stainless steel. Prepare materials and components for welding. Set up and operate orbital welding equipment. Work according to technical drawings and specifications. Check weld quality and the dimensions of finished components. Follow quality standards and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised workstation. What we are looking for Experience in TIG welding of stainless steel. Experience in orbital welding. Technical education at Dutch MBO level 3/4 or equivalent technical knowledge and skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. English or Dutch language skills at a minimum B1 level. Accuracy and strong attention to quality. Availability to work full-time in a 2-shift system. What we offer A base salary of €3,000–€3,700 gross per month, depending on experience. A 16% shift allowance, bringing the total to €3,480–€4,292 gross per month. An 8.33% holiday allowance.
