Join a stable construction project taking place in the Haugaland region (about 2 hours south of Bergen, Norway). The company focuses on long-term cooperation based on an employment contract and reliable specialists from the construction industry. Hydraulic Technician (m/f) Norway 37/2026 Workplace: Haugaland Job available "immediately" Responsibilities: Construction project: building a hospital Performing hydraulic work on a large construction project Installation, servicing, and setup of water and sewage systems Working in accordance with Norwegian standards and regulations Collaboration with the team on site Requirements: Qualified plumbers (rørleggere) Documented vocational education (fagbrev / svennebrev or equivalent) – at least 50% of working hours must be carried out by qualified individuals Employment of individuals without fagbrev is possible, maintaining the required proportions Experience in construction work Norwegian professional qualifications are an advantage English or Norwegian at a communicative level Driver's license - preferred but not mandatory Own car preferred Willingness for long-term cooperation Availability for rotational work The company offers: Stable employment on a long-term project: Norwegian employment contract for an indefinite period Working hours up to 54h/week Flexible rotational system tailored to employee needs Support in finding accommodation (cost borne by the employee) Opportunities for professional development in Norway Salary negotiated individually with employees, depending on qualifications and experience - please inform us of your financial expectations (e.g., xxx EUR/h net or xxx NOK/h net) Work system - Flexible rotations, e.g.: 12 days of work / 9 days off (long days Mon.–Sat.) or 6 weeks of work / 2 weeks off Note: Employees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, meals, and transportation.
