The job involves the production of complex parts, often prototypes or short series, on multi-axis machining centers. This offer is for individuals who can read technical drawings, set up machines independently, and work with high precision. There is no room for "it will be fine" — precision, quality, and technical thinking matter here. Responsibilities • Setting up and operating CNC machines, • Working based on technical drawings and instructions, • Producing very precise components, • Performing in-process inspections, • Planning work on the machine, • Efficient use of tools and materials, • Analyzing quality issues, • Providing feedback to CNC programmers, • Participating in improving the milling process, • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of produced parts. Requirements • Experience as a CNC miller or CNC operator, • Experience in precision cutting machining, • Very good ability to read technical drawings, • Experience working with measuring tools, • Knowledge of Heidenhain control will be a significant advantage, • Precision and an organized approach to work, • Ability to effectively use tools and machines, • Problem-solving orientation, • Communication skills, • Ability to work in a team, • Sense of responsibility for quality. We offer • Basic salary of €2,600–€3,800 gross per month, • 30% shift allowance on the basic salary, • Work in a 5-shift system, • 33.6 hours of work per week, • Overtime bonuses: • Monday–Friday: 125% for the first 2 hours, • Monday–Friday: 150% after 2 hours, • Saturday: 150%, • Sunday and holidays: 200%, • 25 days of vacation, • 7 public holidays, • Holiday allowance of 8.33%, • Opportunity for development in the high-tech industry, • Training and Dutch language courses, • Support in relocation, • Assistance in organizing accommodation. Accommodation and living costs In Almelo, the approximate rental costs are as follows: • Studio with utilities: approx. €1,000 per month, • 1-bedroom apartment with utilities: approx. €1,300 per month, • 2-bedroom apartment with utilities: approx. €1,500 per month, • House with utilities: above €1,600 per month, • Deposit: usually equivalent to 2 months' rent, • Basic health insurance: approx. €130 per month, • Internet: approx. €60 per month.
