For our Client, involved in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Norway, we are looking for individuals engaged in the production and assembly of prefabricated concrete elements in Norway, in the area of the cities of Åndalsnes / Molde (Møre og Romsdal district) for the position: Specialist in Grouting and Repair of Prefabricated Elements Norway Work location: Molde 45/2026 Responsibilities: Grouting of prefabricated concrete elements Repair of surface damages on concrete Finishing and processing of elements after assembly Repair work and quality corrections Quality control of completed work Collaboration with assembly and production teams Removal of damages incurred during transport or assembly Requirements: Experience in the assembly of prefabricated concrete elements - a must Communicative knowledge of English (min. A2) or Norwegian - a must Experience in grouting, repairs, and finishing of prefabricates Experience as a carpenter, assembler, or construction worker Experience in the construction industry Documented experience in the concrete prefabrication industry Independence and responsibility Attention to quality and aesthetics of execution Ability to read technical drawings will be an additional asset Driving license category B will be an additional asset The company offers: Possibility to start work immediately Long-term projects Stable employment: Norwegian employment contract Professional development and promotion for suitable candidates Work on modern construction and industrial projects in Norway Rates Production worker / carpenter: Salary starting from 260 NOK per hour, depending on experience and competencies Assistance in finding accommodation (cost of accommodation around 5000 NOK/month) Assembler: 285 NOK per hour Allowance for work away from home: 35 NOK per hour Diet of 375 NOK per day in case of no canteen Accommodation provided for assembly projects Please submit your CV in English or Polish.
