Production Worker – Pet Food Production

Responsibilities: - Operation of production machines - Delivering raw materials to the production line - Preparing products for shipment - Operating packaging machines Working Hours: - From Monday to Friday - Shift work in weekly rotation: Morning Shift: 06:00–14:00 Afternoon Shift: 14:00–22:00 Night Shift: 22:00–06:00 - Possible work on Saturdays (morning shift only) Salary: - Rate: €14.50 gross/hour Additions: +25% for night work +50% for Sunday work +100% for holiday work - Average net salary (180h/month, tax class I): approx. €1,800 Accommodation: - Cost: €380/person/month (3-person apartments), available 2- and 1-person rooms - No deposit – payment deducted from the first salary - Amenities: WiFi, kitchen, washing machine Transport: - Company bus: €75/month or own car commute Additional Benefits: - Support in languages: German, English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian Advances: €50 in cash after 3 days of work €100 by bank transfer after another 3 days Bonuses: €150 holiday bonus (July) €150 Christmas bonus (December) Type of Contract: - 9-month contract with the possibility of extension - Opportunity for direct employment with the producer Requirements: - No contraindications to physical work and working with meat - Physical fitness (hands and legs), minimum height 145 cm - No epilepsy - Couples can be employed - Offer exclusively for EU citizens
