Order Picker
Work location: Evergem, Belgium
Accommodation: Organized
Job Description:
- Picking orders (lamps, heaters, grills, light bulbs, outdoor lighting)
- Processing orders using an ETP truck, through a "voice speaking" system with a scanner
- Sorting and moving goods within the warehouse
- Working in a two-shift system (morning and afternoon) with the possibility of working on Saturdays
We offer:
- Employment under Belgian conditions
- Rate: €16.50 gross/hour (weekly payment)
- Shift allowance: +10% = €18.15 gross/hour
- Weekly earnings starting from €385 plus a meal voucher, or €485 with Saturday work and 6 overtime hours
- Holiday bonus - 15.38% of annual gross earnings
- Possibility of overtime work plus Saturdays
- Annual bonus - 8.33% of annual gross earnings – provided a minimum of 65 days worked from July of the current year to June of the following year
- Guaranteed 39 hours of work per week (plus Saturdays and overtime)
- Option to use company accommodation - €140/week
- Meal voucher worth €5 gross for each working day (employee contribution €1.09)
- Option to purchase additional health insurance - €10 per month
- Free transportation to work, with the possibility of using a company car
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in operating an EPT truck and using a scanner
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Willingness to start work immediately
- Ability to work in a team, conscientiousness, accuracy, independence, flexibility
- Driving license category B
