Albert Heijn is a renowned supermarket in the Netherlands. Every day, it handles thousands of orders in its warehouses across the country. At Albert Heijn Online, we offer all kinds of products, from non-perishable items to fresh food. You can work in cities such as Almere, Amsterdam, Barendrecht, Bleiswijk, Eindhoven, Oosterhout, Roosendaal, Utrecht, and Zwolle. 🔶 What will your tasks be? As an Order Picker, you will traverse large distances to collect orders. You will be trained in tasks such as: 🔹 Picking products using a manual or voice picking system. 🔹 Ensuring that the correct products are picked and packed. 🔹 Lifting packages of various weights. 🔹 Checking quality. 🔶 Working hours: 🔹 Albert Heijn Online operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure timely order fulfillment. Team members are needed from Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of working on Sundays for additional pay. Shifts occur in the morning and afternoon. As you gain more experience, you may also work night shifts, for which you will receive extra compensation. 🔶 What do you need to succeed? 🔹 Willingness to adhere to rules and guidelines. 🔹 Openness to working different shifts and tasks. 🔹 Good physical condition. 🔹 Willingness to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold). 🔹 Good communication skills in English, Dutch, or Polish. 🔶 What can we, as a recruitment agency, guarantee you? 🔹 You will receive a gross hourly wage of €17.59. This amount consists of a base salary of €14.71 per hour, supplemented by an ADV allowance, holiday pay, and profit sharing.
