Agency employment registration number: 470 Your responsibilities: - Repackaging and stacking packages, - Order picking, - Stacking large wooden boxes and pallets, - Preparing products for shipment, - Loading containers, - Unloading containers What requirements must be met? - Basic knowledge of English, minimum A2, - Willingness to perform physical work. - Driving license category B is a plus What do we offer you? - €16.18 gross/hour (base rate €14.98/hour gross + holiday allowance 8%) a raise after 6 months of work! - Shift bonuses: 119% after 9 PM, 150% on Saturdays, overtime paid at 125% after exceeding 40 hours per week, - Constant access to scheduling, payslips, and other documents through the online employee portal, - Assistance in organizing your trip to the Netherlands, - Coordinator support in the Netherlands, - Holland Zorg insurance, - Weekly payments – transfers to your specified account, - Free transportation to work (from our accommodation) in company cars, - Reimbursement of travel costs for those with their own accommodation, - Driver allowance: €2.50 per day
