Role: Personal Fitness Trainer
Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh / Jeddah / Al Khobar)

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
• Evaluate client fitness level and skillset to plan achievable goals.
• Design individualized and comprehensive one-to-one fitness programs in accordance with company policy.
• Demonstrate and encourage correct warm-up and stretching techniques to avoid injury.
• Counsel and educate clients on fitness, healthy lifestyle, and habits based on their fitness capabilities and goals.
• Educate customers on innovative training methods and explain the amazing benefits and long-lasting results.
• Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed, ensuring that clients train safely with proper form and technique.
• Provide innovative and challenging exercises to keep clients engaged and motivated while respecting the internal policies regarding training procedures.
• Guide and assist clients actively during their training sessions.
• Monitor the progress of clients’ fitness levels and provide them with regular feedback and accountability on their progress in a manner that suits each individual client.
• Proactively seek feedback from your customers and co-workers to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and to improve.
• Use in-depth knowledge to answer clients' questions and concerns.
• Keep up to date with the latest health and fitness trends, techniques, and best practices essential to providing the highest-quality services to clients.
• Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached.
• Advise customers on how to change their nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed.
• Perform CPR and give first aid in case of emergencies.
• Recognize your limitations in services and techniques and engage only in activities that fall within the boundaries of your professional credentials and competencies.
• Refer clients to other professionals for issues that fall beyond your current competencies.
• Record accurately your clients' training plans and track the relevant paperwork.
• For body screening, fitness assessment, and exercise technique, follow the standards outlined by EMPLOYER.
• Build and maintain positive, professional, and trusting relationships with clients based on mutual respect and appreciation.
• Communicate with clients and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Create the best environment and atmosphere for our clients in accordance with company policy (music, temperature, fragrance, etc.).
• Act as a positive role model for all employer’s clients.
• Promote fitness packages and plans to increase your client database.
• Present plans and subscriptions as trained by your manager when soliciting new clients to sign up.
• Assist with membership retention strategies for existing clients.
• Follow up effectively with new clients and existing members to ensure their regular attendance.
• Work with management and fellow staff to ensure effective operation.
Requirements:
• Age: 22-35
• Marital Status: Single
• Gender: Male / Female
• Nationality: Europe, Romania, US, Serbia, Argentina, Brazil.
• Bachelor's degree in SPORTS or Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization or Sport Member Diploma or Sport College Diploma or Proven Sport Practitioner.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

ACCOMMODATION:
Rent is provided by the company in a compound. Half of the rent is covered by the company, the other half by the employee, average rent the employee has to pay based on the location and room selection starts from 186 USD per month to 800 USD per month. That depends on the choices that the employee makes in terms of room dimensions and other facilities.
Approximate 13-15 kms distance from accommodation to the workplace.

Amenities:
● Shared restrooms, kitchen (with appliances), living room (sofa and dining table).
● All bedrooms include a King-Size Bed, cabinet, bed sheets, and pillows.
Notes:
● Couples have priority for Master or Balcony View bedrooms.
● Rent is deducted on the 5th of each month.
● Monthly rent Half amount will be paid by the company and half by the trainer.
● Electricity and internet bills are shared among residents.
FINANCIAL PACKAGE:
Fixed Salary SAR 7000 (1860 USD) salary and commission will be approximately AVG + SALES COMMISSIONS (2660 USD to 3200 USD). (depending on multiple targets they must reach).
Visa and work permit + Flight Tickets, including Insurance and all medicals are provided by the company. Also, 1 two-way flight ticket per year.
Local Transport is not provided, average cost approximately around 150-200 SAR with monthly passes.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS TIME: Approximate 15-20 days from the day of the 1st interview until arrival in Saudi Arabia.
TRAINING:
Academy training for 14 days after which you will be placed in one of the branches (Riyadh / Khobar / Jeddah).
