Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant at ISLE CARE (AXHOLME) LTD, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assisting residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal assistance. Supporting residents in maintaining their independence and encouraging participation in social and recreational activities. Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health and well-being to senior staff. Assisting with medication administration under the supervision of qualified staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records. Ensuring a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided. A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
