For our Dutch client – a company in the construction industry specializing in laying foundations for warehouses and commercial buildings – we are looking for individuals willing to take on the position of: (Construction Worker, Mini Excavator Operator (M/F) Work location: Veghel, Netherlands Accommodation: organized Responsibilities: operating the mini excavator on the construction site providing ongoing support for the piling process finishing work on foundation piles ensuring the proper technical condition and ongoing maintenance of equipment adhering to health and safety regulations on the construction site collaborating with other workers quickly switching between machine work and manual tasks completing tasks according to the work schedule Required competencies: experience in foundation work or piling (mandatory) good physical fitness communicative knowledge of English willingness to work in various weather conditions diligence, accuracy, and ability to work in a team driving license category B own car - preferred experience in operating a wheel loader and/or mini excavator is a plus availability and responsibility – the absence of one worker can hinder the entire team's work We offer: a contract under Dutch conditions stable employment in a reputable construction company salary of €19.21–22.59 gross/hour organized accommodation support from a coordinator on-site work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for development.
