Manager of the Concrete Plant

Responsibilities
• Managing and supervising the concrete mix production process (including supervising the work of subcontractors);
• Ongoing cooperation and direct contact with representatives of the General Contractor, subcontractors, laboratory and technologist;
• Creating and keeping production schedules (supplies of raw materials and concrete);
• Sending orders for materials and services related to the production process;
• Supervision over the quality of production and the quantity of raw materials used for production;
• Optimization of costs in the plant and production;
• Servicing existing and acquiring new customers;
• Meeting quarterly sales targets;
• Compliance with, care for and promotion of high health and safety standards.
Requirements;
• Knowledge of the Lithuanian language at a communicative level.
• Construction or related technical education;
• Experience in working in a similar position;
• Practical knowledge of the functioning of production plants
Building;
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Mobility and availability;
• Readiness to make frequent business trips (work in the Mobile Team
Concrete Plant);
• Possession of a valid category B driving license and practice in driving a car;
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level is welcome;
• Ability to work in a team and high organizational skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills;
• Resistance to stress and the ability to make decisions under time pressure,
responsibility.
