We have been recruiting in this industry for over 8 years! We started with a handful - today we work with almost twenty vulcanization services in Belgium. In the next season, even more than 50 tire vulcanizers / service technicians can find a job with us! The winter season is behind us, so we are looking for candidates for the position: Tire vulcanizer / fitter Place of work: near Antwerp, Belgium Spring season - start 15/03/2022 A way to earn fast money? Come with us to Belgium! What will your duties be: work in one of the vulcanization services located in Belgium. Tire changing work at a rapid pace. tire condition check; tire / tread wear analysis. disassembly of wheels and tires from rims. wheel balancing. operation of tools and machines used in the workshop. service of a tire warehouse-storage room (optional). teamwork. This is the job for you if: you have experience in replacing tires in a vulcanization service or a mechanical workshop. you know how to use the following machines and tools: tire changer, balancer, wrenches (pneumatic, dynamometric), jacks. you can communicate in English or French or Dutch - although this is not necessary. you have your own car, or you can commute to work by bike (up to 10 km). We can offer you: legal employment under a Belgian contract. super hourly rate of € 13.86 gross / h. holiday allowance of 15.38% of gross annual earnings (paid annually). work from Monday to Saturday with the possibility of overtime. possibility of using the accommodation offered by the company - cost 85 € / week possibility of purchasing additional insurance - cost from 7.50 € per month. the care of a Polish-speaking coordinator on site. seasonal work for about 2 months with the possibility of extension or return in subsequent seasons (after a positive evaluation by the client). reimbursement of transport costs to Belgium up to € 125 the first week of accommodation for free, for employees who will be leaving through our agency for the first time. RECOMMENDATION If you recommend an employee who will work the entire season, we will add 150 € to your last salary !!!
