Employment specialist with German/remotely.

Due to the development of CNC-EXPERTS GmbH, we are looking for a person for the position of: Recruitment and employment (Onboarding) specialist with German - remote work / B2B Works: • Supporting recruitment processes of CNC Specialists for production plants in Germany (automotive, aerospace, engineering, metal) • Organization of job interviews at the client's in Germany and business trips, including searching for hotels, convenient access, contact with the client regarding details for the duration of the stay • Coordinating the entire hiring process (e.g. processing and translating contracts, obtaining documentation, applying for insurance, finding accommodation, contacting the client regarding the first days of work) • Processing and administration of documentation and employment systems • Cooperation with a professional, friendly and international team of Coordinators throughout Europe (in terms of preparing the candidate's profile, offering, arranging final tests at the client's and the employment process) What we expect: • Experience in conducting employment processes independently or similar • We will also consider people with experience in other fields, giving training opportunities (preferably experience in: administration, customer service, tourism, marketing) • Advanced level of the German language • Very good knowledge of English as a plus • Positive attitude to work, willingness to work remotely "homeoffice" • Proactive action • Good organizational skills and multitasking • Willingness to develop in a professional, international environment What we offer: • Remote and flexible work in an international and professional environment • Attractive remuneration system - base + bonuses • Variety of tasks, development of skills in professional recruitment • Full support from a great and friendly team of specialists • Participation in the development of the company, additional projects for volunteers
