The above-mentioned conditions are offered at each of the workplaces. The position and responsibilities are tailored to the candidate's experience and skills and preferences. The first remote interview takes place in Polish. The final offer is made by the employer after the second remote interview in English. The guaranteed salary is €1,000 net. The final offer is made during the online interview and depends on experience and language skills. This is the basic salary without included tips and any bonuses offered by the employer. In the case of a full-season job, this is approximately 1.5 months' pay. For a shorter contract, the bonus amount is proportional to the time worked.
