Kitchen helper, cold kitchen.

For our restaurant on Baltrum Island we are looking for the position of: Kitchen helper in the cold kitchen. Responsibilities include min. -processing vegetables for further production -prepare salads, cold sauces according to provided recipes -preparing plates during a la carte for further serving -decorating dishes for the publisher -assisting with the dispensing of desserts Our expectations -experience in the above mentioned position, or willingness to learn, training -commitment and conscientiousness in performing assigned tasks -preparing dishes according to recipes, -keeping the workplace clean -taking care of the quality of dishes served - cooperation with other crew
