Want to combine your passion for caregiving with an adventure in a new country? Ewl International is looking for energetic and committed medical caregivers to work in one of the largest healthcare facilities in Kennemerland, Netherlands.
Location: Haarlem, Netherlands
What we offer.
- Free Dutch language course: An 8-week online course at A1 level, followed by a 12-week residential course in the Netherlands (A1-B1 level).
- Free accommodation: During the full-time course - single rooms with bathroom and shared kitchen.
- Monthly stipend: 200 euros per month when staying with a Dutch family or 500 euros per month in a house with other employees.
- Full board: When living with a Dutch family.
- Language classes: 8 hours a day (40h/week).
- Free tours of the Netherlands: On your days off to get to know the country better.
- Assistance in finding work on weekends.
Upon completion of the course:
- Work as a medical caregiver: 32-40 hours per week.
- Flexible shifts: Monday through Sunday (short and long shifts, day and night shifts).
- Attractive salary: For a medical caregiver, from €2,200 to €2,937 per month (with a 36-hour work week).
- Possibility to continue accommodation after starting work (costs covered by the candidate).
What we expect.
- A valid EU professional qualification (completed courses/vocational school for medical care)
- Willingness to learn the Dutch language
- Willingness to move to the Netherlands
- Experience is not required
Your tasks:
- Care in various health care facilities (home care, nursing homes, assisted living and rehabilitation centers)
- Assist with daily activities
- Personal care
- Assisting the elderly with mobility
- Administration of medications
- Monitoring health conditions
- Emotional support for patients
