Construction electrician

For the needs of our client, a renowned German property management company, we are looking for an electrician
This role will give you the opportunity to carry out key activities that will allow you to advance your career.
Main tasks:
- Performing maintenance and inspection works in the field of electrical engineering
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Controlling security and functionality
- Starting the installation
- Creation and monitoring of control and maintenance plans
- Creation of documentation and reports, transfer to EDP systems if necessary, and updating of technical documentation

Basic requirements
- Completed vocational training in the field of electronics technician in the field of energy and construction technology, electrician or a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in the maintenance, servicing and installation of electronic systems in building infrastructure
- Good understanding of technical issues
- Ability to work independently, responsible and solution-oriented with a service-oriented and customer-oriented approach
- English / German at a good level
- Knowledge of MS Office for order fulfillment via tablet / smartphone
- Class B driving license
