Electromechanic - Work in the Netherlands

Electromechanic - Industrial Laundry As an Electromechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining operations, diagnosing, and repairing modern machines and automated production lines in an industrial laundry. Your main task will be to ensure the continuous operation of devices used in the processes of washing, drying, folding, and packaging textiles, ensuring that production runs safely and without unplanned downtime. The position primarily requires a very good knowledge of industrial electricity. You will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical installations, drives, motors, sensors, and machine control elements. If you have experience working with electrical systems, can read electrical diagrams, and enjoy solving technical problems – this offer is for you. ### Responsibilities * Maintenance and repair of industrial machines used in the textile washing process (tunnel washers, dryers, folders, presses, conveyors, and packaging machines) * Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures * Locating faults in electrical installations, control cabinets, power supply systems, and control circuits * Repairing and replacing electrical components such as motors, contactors, relays, sensors, limit switches, inverters, and other industrial automation elements * Reading documentation and electrical diagrams while diagnosing faults * Performing preventive inspections and planned maintenance of machines to minimize failures and production downtime * Replacing and repairing mechanical components, including bearings, drive belts, chains, rollers, and gearboxes * Collaborating with the technical team on modernizing and optimizing machine operations and implementing improvements * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining order in the workshop and production hall ### Working Hours * Shift 1: *06:00 – 14:00* * Shift 2: *14:00 – 22:00* Work is carried out in a two-shift system. In case of breakdowns or planned maintenance work, flexibility in working hours is possible. Approximately every *2–3 weeks*, service work is also performed on Saturdays when production is completely shut down, allowing for larger repairs and maintenance of equipment. ### Requirements * Experience in the position of *Maintenance Technician, **Maintenance Mechanic, **Electromechanic* or similar in an industrial environment * Very good knowledge of industrial electricity and experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults * Ability to read electrical diagrams and use technical documentation * Experience in repairing and maintaining electric motors, drives, sensors, and control elements * Experience in performing preventive inspections and maintenance of machines * Ability to quickly diagnose the causes of failures and effectively solve technical problems * Willingness to work in a two-shift system and flexibility in case of the need to perform service work * Good knowledge of English
