The successful candidate will have a natural talent and a genuine interest in horticulture with a strong knowledge of plants and strong customer-centric sales skills.
Requirements:
• Experience in the horticulture industry with strong sales skills
• Commercial attitude and excellent knowledge of plants
• Problem solving skills and good decision making skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build good customer relationships
• Self-confidence due to strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Qualification in horticulture
• Very good knowledge of English
