Greenhouse Worker

As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be involved in the daily care and cultivation of plants. You will support various activities within the greenhouse to ensure healthy growth and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities • Planting, watering, and caring for crops • Harvesting and preparing plants for distribution • Sorting, packing, and labeling products • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Supporting general greenhouse operations What We’re Looking For • A minimum of 1 year of experience in horticulture or a similar field (preferred) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good physical condition and willingness to stay active throughout the day • Strong attention to detail and a careful working approach • Flexibility and a positive mindset What We Offer • An hourly wage of €15.00 gross to start • Full-time work from Monday to Friday • Day shifts only at our clients’ locations • Accommodation provided if needed • Transportation by bike or car • Opportunities for growth and development Ready to grow with us?
