Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to add to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paints, coatings, and finishes to various industrial surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and contributing to the overall success of our projects. The Industrial Painter will work closely with our production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces before applying paint, including sanding, priming, and masking.
- Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply paint and coatings using various methods such as brush, roller, or spray gun.
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint and coatings.
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work area.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to
specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support production and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and withstand exposure to various weather
conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
