Construction/Project Manager (m/f/d) full-time
Responsibilities:
Supporting our construction and project managers with customer projects and orders
Development and implementation of training plans and work instructions in the context of customer orders.
Development of preventive maintenance programs.
Establishing communication structures as part of project implementation
Carrying out work preparation activities and ongoing reporting in maintenance tools.
Supervising and supporting our maintenance and project teams in the implementation of projects.
Optimization of team processes based on the internal management system
Hands-on mentality and implementation of maintenance measures and projects in different industries.
Your requirements:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study, with a focus on electrical engineering
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical and plant engineering, design and project management as well as in the coordination of maintenance measures.
- Experience in the technical management of service/maintenance teams.
- Experience in the maintenance of production facilities
- Additional experience in the maintenance and servicing of building technology desirable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Leadership qualities, initiative and sound technical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel, at least in Germany, possibly throughout Europe.
- Adherence to deadlines and a proactive way of working.
- Good communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English
- Professional handling of Microsoft products
- Willingness to familiarize yourself quickly with unfamiliar topics.
